How close is the beach?

The beach is located just a short walk from the condo (3 minutes to be exact!). If you're on the front drive facing the street (with your back to the condo), there is a walking path to your left upon leaving. You can take that walking path all the way down to the beach. There are multiple access points depending on what part of the beach you want to go to. The quickest paths are on either side of the Hilton Grand Vacations (Ocean 22) tower.

Are beach rentals included?

At this time, beach rentals are not included in your stay, but there are several companies nearby or stores where those items would be available for purchase.

Is there a pool onsite?

Unfortunately, there is not a pool onsite.

Policies

Cancellation: There is no penalty for cancellations up to 5 days prior to arrival date. Inside of 5 days, the cancellation penalty is the first night's room rate.

Minimum Age Policy: You must be 18+ years old to book and stay at any of our condos.

Pet Policy: For those condos that are pet friendly, please do not let them on the furniture (sofa, beds, etc.). Additionally, do not leave pets unattended in the condo unless they are caged.
